Tang Shan Guangda Yinhe Industry & trade Co., Ltd., former Tang Shan Yinhe Stainless Wire-rod Co., Ltd. founded in 1997 and transferred the system to Tang Shan Guangda Yinhe Industry &Trade Co., Ltd. in March 2002 through deepening reform constantly, is a joint venture invested and established together by Tang Shan Jidong Steel Rolling Mill and Bohui Co***ny of Taiwan and boasts import and export right, which obtained the certificate of international quality management system of ISO9001: 2000 on January 8,2003 and annexed the Anmeng Wire-rod Co., Ltd. of Hebei in March 2004 to setup Guangda Yinhe Stainless Steel Wire-rod Co., of Anping County.
Currently it is provided with 66 technicians and personal with high and medium technical titles that account for 40% of total work staffs of the co***ny, with total assets of 88.86 million Yuan and a floor area of 21888m2.
High quality stainless wire rods made in Taiwan, Japan, South Korea and China are used as the raw material, and internationally-advanced equipment imported from Taiwan Japanese technology and know-how are applied by the co***ny to produce stainless steel wires of ˇÓ14-ˇÓ0.03mm with austenitic series of 304, 304M, 304L, 316, 316L, besides that, various kinds of stainless steel products and hardware products related are also made in the co***ny. The co***ny has presently 400 pieces/sets of wiredrawing machines, annealers and winders, by which up to 6000-ton stainless steel wires can be produced annually. The production value reached 150 million.
The products made by the co***ny are mainly used for marking the mesh, screw, spring, regenerated wire, steel cable, metal flexible tube, welding rod core and filter and widely used in such fields as ***ce, petrochemical, traffic, medical and automobile industries. The co***ny sticks to strictly the Japanese standard of JIS and quality management system of ISO 9001 during production of the products.
